在陳秀麗董事長長年投入與耕耘下，望春風文化藝術基金會持續推動音樂教育與演出交流，透過古典、民謠與創新形式的音樂會，邀請更多人走進台灣的音樂風景。

“Spring Breeze” is a melody born of Taiwan’s land and a sentiment deeply rooted in the hearts of its people.

Grounded in Taiwanese music and the arts, the Foundation supports local artists in giving voice to their creations and nurtures emerging musicians as they grow step by step, allowing the sounds of different generations to continue and resonate.

Under the long-standing dedication and leadership of Chairwoman Hsiu-Li Chen, the Spring Breeze Culture and Arts Foundation has continued to advance music education and performance exchange. Through concerts spanning classical music, folk traditions, and innovative forms, we invite audiences to experience the rich musical landscape of Taiwan.
